Rolaine Gérard

Rolaine earned a Bachelor degree’s in Business Management. Born and raised in Haiti and migrated to the United States in December 2019.

Rolaine is a passionate of business since her young age. Back home, she worked for several institutions, such as International non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises where she occupied important leadership positions. She has been always someone who believe in a better tomorrow and her biggest strength is creativity.

She is a Market Partner with Monat, where she is a leader, changing her life by helping others to change theirs as well. Her goal is to help others grow as a person and financially. Born and raised in Haiti and migrated to the United States in December 2019.
