1. Guide to become a Business Mentor. In this course the mentor will be introduced to ideas and proven methods that will enhance their mentoring expertise with the business mentee. They will receive an assessment that will help us match their mentoring style with the best business ensuring mutual success and enjoyment. This course is available on-line and can be completed in 5 hours. Note: this could be introduced to other churches and the church leadership ensuring growth in our business mentoring pool. We also introduce cultural training tools. “Foreign to Familiar”
2. Train the Trainers. In this course there are several options to choose from based on back ground and desired results. These are GrowBook, StartBook and the Leadership guide. They are all feed off each other. They are as follows: International lead trainer, lead trainer, facilitator and coordinator. Each role involves training and field certification. This course begins on-line and finishes in the field.
Now the Student/Mentee Training:
1. StartBook – This course is designed for youth and can be delivered in a class room environment. It is broken down into 7 sections with 72 lessons. There is leader training for this course available on- line or can be done on site through certified CJA trainers. This course can also be delivered in the field with current business owners. We have strategically designed assessments that a current business owner can take that will help us better understand what type of training and mentoring would serve them best.
2. GrowBook – This course is designed for those in business. In this course the business owner will be able to establish proven business process and practices that have been tried in tested in countries like Haiti and other ‘like minded” countries. We have had measurable success with this curriculum with our previous business students in the Tintenyan area.
