David Fikes

I am a longtime sales executive, business mentor and entrepreneur. I am the Founder and Executive Director of MissionLINK, Inc. and Business Mentor and Trainer of Hope and Creating Jobs. I also serve on the Leadership board at The Chapel Fort Wayne with our BAM group “CBX” Chapel Business Crossings.

Born and raised in Arkansas, I have spent over 30 years in the office of technology, marketing, and services industry with successful track records in local, regional and national account management and expansion. In addition to working with established international brands, I have also founded and sold a number of office services companies, the most recent one in Northeast Indiana.

I have always had a heart for service and have focused most of my volunteer experience in poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, business development and business mentoring in countries like Haiti, Dominican Republic, The Bahamas, Guatemala, Honduras, India and China through my church and other business partnerships. After volunteering for several years with Mission of Hope and other related agencies, through the power of God’s grace, I, along with a group of very successful business people, have assembled a business curriculum and training program that is being adopted by other business mentoring groups. We are always in development and creating better ways to mentor for those who are in need.

My wife, Nicole, and I have two teenage sons and are currently based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and are active members of our community. The family enjoys running, biking, and traveling together.
